Part Cleanliness

Perfection Spring & Stamping has upgraded its in-house washing capabilities to meet the increased ISO 16232:2018 cleanliness requirements for automotive electronics, fuel systems, transmissions, and medical applications.  The “PSS Ultra Clean System” includes multiple micro filtration processes, custom components, and proprietary engineering system designed to meet increasing cleanliness requirements.  We can eliminate, track, report and analize for both Metallic and non-metallic particles testing of the highest standards.
