Our Engineering Department is ready to meet even your toughest challenges. We use the latest CAD software and Solid Works 3D modeling from concept to reality. Our designs are efficient and accurate with the ability to demonstrate even the most complex designs in a simple visual model. Through the use of problem solving teams, set-up reduction teams, feasibility teams and involvement in industry roundtable bench-marking teams, we work hard to reduce the cost of manufacturing throughout the life of the product. Our emphasis on continuous improvement runs from the shop floor to the office, evaluating every system and process we have in place, to eliminate waste, increase flow, and concentrate on the cost factors important to our customer.
